I’m a single mom who has been passionate about fitness my whole life. I was the typical tomboy who love playing sports and being active. I’ve also been on every diet known to man in order to get the “perfect body” or “be healthy”. But there is no one perfect body because we are all built differently. As a woman over 40 now and a mom, I can relate to the struggles of losing weight and gaining even more back. I also understand the hamster wheel of dieting only to end up starving and feeling defeated. Not only do I not diet anymore but I realize as we get older ladies, our bodies require different things.
